At the begining it was okaywent smooth, stayed for 3 nights then left to Giza for one day. I booked them again after spending one night in Giza and the booking was confirmed and i got a confirmation email..coming to check in told that it is full!!! if u want to stay take a private room for extra charges,, tried with them to solve the problem but nothing happenedit is really bad and I was really very tired that day after giza trip.They should offer me the private room for the same price

The location is quite central.Our flight was delayed and we arrived wee hours. The front office was kind to accommodate us.

It was an outstanding experience, the staff is so friendly, a nice breakfast is provided, the room and bathroom are clean. Highly recommended.
